All American Red Cross certifications take 2-3 business days to process and will be emailed to you directly from the American Red Cross. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can also search for your American Red Cross certifications HERE.

Upon request, Focus Health can expedite your certification for an additional fee of $15.

Prior to 24 hours before your in-person class, you may self-reschedule via your confirmation emails (or by contacting us) with no reschedule fee.

If a request to reschedule is within 24 hours of the class or after the class, a $25 reschedule fee will be applied.

Virtual learning classes will need to be rescheduled by a Focus Health team member. You can either call 323-454-2008 or email Please see the reschedule policy above.

For any appointments cancelled, there is a $25 cancellation Fee. A partial refund will be provided back to the original form of payment (course fee - $25 cancellation fee.) No refunds are permitted for missed or failed classes.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please let us know ASAP. If you do not attend your in-person class, you can be rescheduled to an additional course and a $25 reschedule fee will be applied. No refunds are permitted for missed classes.
