All American Red Cross certifications take 2-3 business days to process and will be emailed to you directly from the American Red Cross. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can also search for your American Red Cross certifications HERE.

Upon request, Focus Health can expedite your certification for an additional fee of $15.

Focus Health's Policies have been carefully established to follow American Red Cross training guidelines and to support our instructors, as well as location partners.

Prior to 72 hours before your in-person class, you may self-reschedule via your confirmation emails (or by contacting us) with no reschedule fee.

If a request to reschedule is within 72 hours of the class (or after the class,) a $50 reschedule fee will be applied. This fee is set up to protect the American Red Cross Training guidelines

Virtual learning classes will need to be rescheduled by a Focus Health team member. You can either call 323-454-2008 or email contact@focushealthco.com. Please see the reschedule policy above.

Focus Health's Policies have been carefully established to follow American Red Cross training guidelines and to support our instructors, as well as location partners.

No cancellations are allowed within 7 days of scheduled appointments or after appointments take place. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any CPR/BLS appointments cancelled prior to 7 days of scheduled appointment. A 25% administrative fee will be charged for any Lifeguard course cancelled prior to 7 days of scheduled course. Any customer who purchases a course within 72 hours prior to the start date agrees that their purchase/sale is final. No refunds are permitted for missed or failed classes.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please let us know ASAP. If you do not attend your in-person class, you can be rescheduled to an additional course and a $50 reschedule fee will be applied. No refunds are permitted for missed classes.

The partial refund will be issued when we receive the return shipment. No cancellations are allowed within 7 days of scheduled appointments or after appointments take place.

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied for all appointments cancelled. The balance of your course fee will be refunded. If you attended the course and received an American Red Cross certification, no refunds are permitted.

Refunds will take 5-10 business days to process and show on your account.

Focus Health partners with many shipping carriers and services. Shipping rates depend on the carrier, service selected and your location.

We hate to see students fail and strive to ensure success for all Focus Health courses. Failed students would need to re-enroll for a course if possible. There is no refund for any student who does not pass a course.
