COVID-19:

The health and safety of our training community is our highest priority. We want to share the actions Focus Health is taking to help protect our instructors, students and communities. If you are sick, or have been sick within 48 hours, please reschedule PRIOR to your scheduled course. Face masks are mandatory for all in-person courses.

ACTIONS:

Based on CDC and Red Cross guidance, all our instructors and locations are taking additional steps to social distance & clean and disinfect equipment. We are limiting class sizes and using extra precautions to ensure your safety.

CANCELATION POLICY:

A $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled. If necessary, please cancel PRIOR to your scheduled course to avoid the NO-SHOW policy/ fee below. If you must cancel please contact our main office directly (323)454-2008 or contact@focushealthco.com

24 HOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY:

You can self reschedule your course via confirmation email up to 24 hours prior to your class. A $25 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled class.

AMERICAN RED CROSS CPR VS. BLS:

Please note that Adult & Pediatric CPR/ AED & FIRST AID courses do not satisfy BLS (Basic Life Support) requirements for Healthcare Providers. Prior to registration, please confirm the type of course you need and that American Red Cross (vs AHA) is accepted by your organization. The $25 cancellation fee above will apply for any cancelled courses.

NO SHOW POLICY:

If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind. The class may only be rescheduled with the $25 reschedule fee.

CERTIFICATION CARD POLICY:

Most Certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross. A $15 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 48 hours of registered class.

VISITOR POLICY:

Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.

ONLINE-ONLY COURSES:

Please note that there are no refunds allowed for Online-Only classes. Once an Online-Only class has been purchased, a link to access the Red Cross class will be issued shortly after.

NOTE:

Focus Health Co. reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge.
