The built-in metronome uses a rhythmic beeping sound to help students achieve the correct rate of compressions while administering CPR.

All pads include illustrations for correct placement on the body of an adult, a child, and an infant. The built-in metronome uses a rhythmic beeping sound to help students achieve the correct rate of compressions while administering CPR. The metronome beeps at a rate of 108 beats per minute, which is consistent with 2015 ECC guidelines of 100 to 120 compressions/minute. The AED trainer includes voice prompts in both English and Spanish, however you can use the USB port to download additional language or changes in AED protocols. Mini-USB-to-USB connector not included.
